Rackmart Returns Policy
Australian Consumer Law allows for returns and/or refunds if there is a problem with the goods you bought. Rackmart must be made aware of any returns so customers can be supplied with a Returns Authorisation Number (“RAN”). Rackmart will not accept returns for “change-of-mind” purchases.
All freight charges must be prepaid by the customer and any shipping documents must contain the RAN.
If Rackmart has given approval for the return of Goods which are not deemed to be fit for purpose, any freight charges paid by the customer will be refunded. Note that all sizes quoted are nominal.
Returns must be made via a recognised carrier at normal rates.
Rackmart will not accept liability for:
(i) insurance of any products returned
(ii) freight at express service rates
